He was in agriculture, but after the pandemic and the drought, he needed to level up his skills to take care of his family. He saw this post that said, "Elevate your skillset with ServiceNow". He had zero knowledge about ServiceNow, but it intrigued him. He then joined and followed the Elevate program path to understanding more about the company and its products, but also trained to be a certified system administrator. All within 6 months.
